Accommodations
Upon arrival (unless you decide to come and experience Italy earlier), you will check in a double occupancy room in a boutique hotel conveniently located in the historical center of Rome within walking distance to the main attractions – the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Spanish steps and lots more. You’ll also have a choice to stay in a single room with a king bed and private bath for additional fee, but this choice is limited.
Casperia is set in the heart of the Sabina mountains just north of Rome. It is totally car-free, with fewer than 350 inhabitants. The fortified medieval village has amazing panoramic views of the Sabina hills and mountain landscape from every angle.
Forani Palace is furnished in the classic ‘Italianate’ style with the antiques and décor of a noble family home. The accommodation is in comfortable twin rooms; downstairs rooms with in-suite and the upstairs rooms with shared bathrooms. The single occupancy is available upon request. You won’t find yourself crowded into bunks, triple rooms or yurts!

Outdoor yoga classes take place on the platform which is located in an oasis of green inside the village walls. It’s a beautiful and serene environment, with dappled sunlight and the sound of birdsong all around. When we choose to practice yoga indoors, we’ll use the professionally-designed and restored 40 square-meter studio which has a wooden floor, a freshwater spring and an ancient cave as a bathroom.
Our private yoga classes are attended only by our group members. All levels are welcome! If you always wanted to try yoga – no experience is needed, and if you choose NOT to practice yoga, that’s fine too.
Visit an open-air pool at Viterbo and the nearby wild springs where you can bathe in the sulphur-rich organic mud used in rehabilitative treatments, beauty masks and wraps. Flights
Arrive to the Fiumicino Rome International Airport (FCO). The most popular way to get to central Rome is to take an Express train (€14 per person). The Leonardo Express train is a non-stop service between FCO and Rome Termini (the main station). Our hotel in Rome is only 10 min walk from the Termini station. Trains depart every half hour from 6:23 am to 11:23 pm, and the trip takes 32 min.

Visited 12 countries and 5 continents just last year.
4. She fell in love with Yoga and Meditation over a decade ago and is a certified Yoga Teacher. Her passion is facilitating Business & Wellness retreats for women around the world.
